    Their customer service is terrible. They don't answer their phones, they don't reply to their e-mails, they don't get back to anyone within reasonable amounts of time, and they are clear hypocrites regarding their claims of phenomenal customer service and high satisfaction.

    Shady, unethical and not customer focused. They will happily take your money and if there is a problem they will not help or give you a refund, they will not price match, they ignore messages to cancel an order days before it is shipped and once shipped, they will claim no responsibility even with evidence that the cancellation request was provided and with plenty of time. Do not waste your time or money here. They don't list an address, they are not BBB registered or accredited. All these things demonstrate any lack of concern, transparency, or responsibility. Use **** instead.
