    I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. Despite being told twice not to enter my property, their employees ignored my words and continued carpentry work on my home without permission. The situation was made worse because the employees did not speak English, and I had to speak with a supervisor named Jason ******. Shockingly, Jason refused to provide any company information when I asked. I only received his personal contact via email, but nothing more.
    I then called the company’s general phone number, where Becca also refused to provide any company details. After much difficulty, I had to search the website myself to find the owner, Nick *****. Unfortunately, Nick was evasive and refused to take responsibility for the actions of his employee who trespassed on my property. Even when I presented video evidence of the employee trespassing, he dismissed the situation and lacked any remorse. Instead, he referred me to his attorney, Chris at ********* *****, rather than addressing the issue personally.
    I would be very concerned from a safety and security standpoint to have this company work on your property. They don’t have ethical or legal boundaries and do not respect the community that they serve. The lack of professionalism and accountability from this company is alarming. It’s unacceptable that they would trespass on private property and then refuse to take responsibility for their actions. I am considering legal action due to the severity of this issue.
