    They are o erbill8ng me all of a sudden and their readings don't match the meters in my apartment unit. I'm going to have to move because I cannot pay the high water bills that I'm not generating. They lie like crazy and their answers for their meters not matching yours is just scandalous. If I could put no stars I would.

    I found it interesting and a relief to see other comments regarding late billing and being sent overdue notices when I haven't received a bill! I just paid an "overdue" bill two months ago, and thought it's possible, because my card had been cancelled due to being scammed. At that time I paid the two months and was at a $0 balance. I just opened the first bill I have gotten since that time and was shocked to see a huge bill that would be approx 4 months billing and no breakdown or any information other than the amount! I can't get into my account and am not sure what is going on with UMS, as I've never had this problem until recently. Not very satisfied right now...But as I said it's only been since early this year, and I've been a customer since ********* Confused...If I don't get an acceptable response my confusion is going to turn into suspicion, especially after recently having my card scammed!!
