      Was so excited to do a change (color)...Well the first round I left there with a very dissapointed cut... and you could hardly tell any color was put in.. They knew I didn't LOVE it when I left the salon. I notified the stylist about the cut and the color and wanted a FULL refund. I was told by the manager they would correct my hair. (The cut was so short not much room to improve) and do a color correct.I specifically asked to go to another stylist and I was told no "you have to have the same stylist do the corrections"... reluctantly I agreed as I was out almost $200 . Round two color finally CLOSER to what I had asked for but NOT what I really wanted the added corrective details in the cut left me with the worst hair cut I have ever had!! Still out about $200 with no satisfaction other then color headed in the right direction (ugly color) !! I'm at a loss as to what to do .. I still want a FULL refund but do not know how to go about it at this point... BB I am hoping you can help me...~*******~
