    Some things about this facility There are many potholes all over the facility which is very hard on the vehicles and walking with your hands full, which is very dangerous.In the wintertime the snow is not removed in a timely matter for people to access their units. The plowing is not done and so then you are stuck driving in someone's tracks and still getting stuck.We are told that we have to provide our own ice melt to get into our units, which I put 5 50lb bags down in a 2-day period and I still could not get into my unit. I have many pictures and videos.I took a tape measure and put it in the water that had melted, and it was 5in deep and still the door was frozen. When I could finally get into my unit, I had water in there and items were damaged. I was told I should have put Pallets down.I complained several times about driveways not being salted and vehicles were slipping and sliding on the driveways, I was told I had to salt it.I then fell in the driveway on the ice, and I called the number on the door as no one was working in the ******* I said I got hurt and that I was going to go to the doctor and I needed their insurance information to file the claim at the doctor's ******* they refused to give me the information.I ended up retaining an attorney whom himself had several letters sent out. STILL NO RESPONSE.I ended up having surgery and missing work for 3 months, they still do not care to respond.I called them they acknowledged they received the letters, but they could not talk to me they could only talk to my attorney which they still don't respond.Very poor customer service as soon as I am able to lift and move stuff, I will be looking for different storage place. I do not recommend this place at all.
