    In January 2009 BBB staff conducted a File Review of the company's complaints. Clients who complained to the BBB allege leads provided by the company are bad leads, no refunds for bad leads, that they are treated rudely when inquiring about exchanges and/or refunds. Complaints also state they were not made aware the terms of the contract that allows the company to continue to charge credit cards unless the consumer specifically declines the repeat charges.
    While the business has responded to most complaints, they refer to the terms of the contracts signed by the clients and have cancelled the contracts.
