  Govmint misrepresents their products by not presenting full and clear descriptions. Their prices are far higher than they should be. I got burned by purchasing the racketeer gold plated 1883 V nickels. They were not original counterfeits; just ordinary 1883 V nickels that they plated, put in a cheap folder, and offered for far more than they are worth, Don't buy from them until you check out other sources!

  I have spent thousands of dollars over a roughly 10 period of time and the one time I did not fact check the agent I was burned!!! Up until that point I was a satisfied customer. They charged me 4,927.31 for two gold certificates 1907 and 1922 Fort Knox signed by Edmond *** I was told they were from the mafia hoard mailed to Italy to avoid turning them in to the government due to their back story were quite valuable and scarce ppq45 vf condition. In actuality they are barely worth 500 dollars apiece I plan on doing everything I can to make it known to all who could be burned in a similar fashion!!! Don’t believe what they tell you they get commissions and will lie to have you spend more!!!’ No scruples

Your 2 piece set was signed by *******************, and carries the Fort **** ************ Pedigree as certified by **** (the independent grading company.) Additionally, according to the **** Paper Currency population report, only 93 sets could ever be assembled in this high grade condition with the special Friedberg serial numbers ****** and FR1173! You have something much more unique than what you are comparing it to.Lastly, GovMint offered the item for sale to you nine years ago at then current pricing we were able to obtain from our suppliers.   Govmint.com has provided superior customer care to me. In looking to secure investments for my mother and family. They educated me on the value of gold and silver in these unstable economic times. I have complete satisfaction in all my purchases of gold and silver coins through Govmint.com. I have had interaction with their salesman, specifically John ********. John has taken the time to educate me and direct me in making smart, future oriented purchases that not only hold value but increase in value over time. They have an excellent customer service department. I was unable to locate three shipments. FedEx was the delivery company Govmint.com used for shipping. I called Govmint.com customer service and worked with Jenny. I explained my delay of delivery. Jenny pulled up my account and got to work. She took my name and phone number and said she would call me upon determining the the cause(s) of these frustrated shipments. Three hours later she called back. She had located all three shipments and told me which FedEx distribution center they were located. That allowed me to drive the next day and secure those three shipments. I rarely experience the level of professionalism and customer care as I have received from Govmint.com.

  They sold me a fake silver Morgan. It's not silver. The other stuff I've bought over the years was real and legit, but I don't know what this coin is made of. It was tested and the weight is correct but definitely not silver.

  Govmint are no better then the scam artist on ***** I order a quarter pound bag of vintage silver. On their website they advertise this quarter pound page of silver to be made up of halves, quarters, and dimes, "no two bags are the same" they say... "Each bag are randomly organized of dates and denomination." Explain to me why, my two bags were exactly the same? When I received my bag of silver that I paid $179 plus taxes and paid the extra $15 for expedited shipping I received 1 Franklin ****** 1 ******* ****** 1 Washington quarter, 23 ********* dimes, and 8 mercury dimes. I was not happy with the lot as I didn't feel that the money spent was there numismatic ** or in silver content. According to the book numismatic call the red book the numismatic value of the coins was around $30 and at spot price the silver value was around $73 at the time I received my order. Anyways, I contacted govmint and the agent that helped me, *****, was delightful and she explained I could return the item or exchange it for something else or for the same item but a different lot. I really was interested in the bag of silver I ordered so in the end after many emails I decided to exchange the lot for another. When the exchange lot came to me I received exactly the same set of coins. 1 Franklin ****** 1 ******* ****** 1 Washington quarter, 23 ********* dimes, and 8 mercury dimes. If these bags are organized at random and no too bags are the same. Explain to me why my bag of coins were exactly the same? even the dates besides a few coins that were different then the first, 8 of them to be exact. I tried to leave a negative review for them on their site thinking they are a company with ****s of customers they should be able to handle a little bit of negative criticism... I was wrong the reviews are screened and only the positive ones they will put up. The only difference between them and ************ actually allows negative reviews to be put up.
