      Terrible customer service. Defective window from the factory and a year and a half it failed. Would not cover labor or shipping at all. Never buy this brand again.

      Hi, In the area of western ********* where I live we had a hailstorm in ****. A lot of our windows were damaged by the baseball sized hail.I don't recall who installed the replacement windows at the time but that doesn't have anything to do with the quality of the product. The windows that were installed are double hung/tilt in type windows which worked fine for awhile.Now the spiraled parts of the windows are coming off and I have no idea how to reattach them.I had contacted you some time ago regarding this issue and I was told that your company would NOT send anyone out to reattach the parts. I believe that at the time of the installation that there was some kind of warranty on your product so if I'm correct can I plan on someone to be sent here to reattach the spiral cables?*****************************
