    Interesting someone else's comment about a robbery and how they handled the insurance thing after that because that makes me feel like it was an inside job which is exactly why I don't feel safe with the system they have for the lock boxes outside of apartments because I've questioned that myself about an inside job when our place gets cased over the holidays at least twice a year. Wires getting cut and zip ties and markings outside of windows. Now I constantly change my camera locations so they can't try and go around them. I had a maintenance guy that snuck in through the window before to avoid one of the inside cameras and all my stuff had been gone through. I've had some not the best experiences with certain employees and then I've had over the top amazing experiences with other employees. Like we just had to have emergency come twice today for the heat not working right and then the electrical all of a sudden going out and a old telephone box cut on the side of the house. The technician was very nice and professional and took all of our concerns seriously and was careful to protect the lock box code which is important. And he was here very quickly both times. I just document everything on my own and try to make reports here and there to the police about the casings etc.its a tough market for employees but the company as a whole I think is doing their best like we all are!

    Wonderful people! Helped me with every concern I had. Had no problems whatsoever in the year I’ve rented. Highly recommend anyone to rent from them.

    The worst property management company I’ve had the displeasure of working with. Didn’t raise our rent but essentially added $200 in new charges and fees monthly. One is $30 for a “tenant benefit package”. The main benefit from this package is that you are able to pay your bill online. I always figured they couldn’t be thaaat bad but my rental experience has been terrible since they took over the property from my former property manager.

    Wouldn’t suggest renting from them EVER. I didn’t have a choice as the owner of the property chose them for management. They jacked rent up $100 plus added fees. When it comes time for CRP’s, you’re waiting over a month for it. Not speedy on their maintenance requests, was without a kitchen sink for almost 2 months. The only good thing was Al, the maintenance guy.

    Your concerns are understandable. While we cant verify the situation with an anonymous review, rent definitely has changed in the past 12 months. All rent increases are at the direction and approval of the property owners we manage for. If we had more information, we would look into the other issues and be happy to discuss further. Currently we have zero work order requests from tenants that are over 5 days old, so 2 months for a kitchen sink doesn't sound right, but we would love to look into it.

    The worst property management company in Duluth unfortunately they have a lot college properties that dumps. Avoid renting from them at all cost. My son rented from them for 2 years and the place was dirty when they moved in. They move out and being charging 1000.00 for cleaning when it was cleaner when they moved in. Very unresponsive when needing something fixed. Avoid these properties.
