      The worst company I ever delt with. They didn't honor their contract and refused to deliver me propane, so I told them I plan to discontinue services with them. Early spring and due to being in ********* I told them they will need to wait to pick up their propane tank. I figured that after a couple of weeks, I would have used the propane I already paid for. That morning they came and took the tank, with my propane I had paid for and caused extensive damage to my property. I gave them the opportunity to fix it and did a terrible job and then lied that I had told them to pick up the take immediately. After a month of dealing with trying to get the damage fixed and get back my money I had to the credit and paying me for the propane I had already purchased, they will not return my money they owe me. I will have to do I lawsuit just to get my money they owe me. Please people, do not use ********** I plan to turn them into the better business and the attorney General in hopes to get my money they owe me. They are thieves and will not return my phone calls to get my money back.

      Refund request was processed and check was mailed on 5/10/24. We just learned today after speaking with customer that the check was mailed to her former address. A new check has been issued and mailed to the updated address.
