They charged me $5400 to put my pool up — no excavating needed as there was a pool there before. They broke a section of rail and didn’t mention it — just laid it on and of course blew off. Fred said they’d come and fix it —- never did. Lost my $300 pool cover cuz it ripped on sharp edges. Cost me $170 to buy new rail piece. My son had a difficult time drilling it on because the railing was not lined up correctly—- thus that’s how they broke it when trying to drill it on in the first place.

I worked with Fred on getting the pool installed. The pool is nice and level, but the inside floor is very lumpy. We waited 2 weeks after filling the pool before going in so the sand would compress. We ended up with a lot of pits but luckily no wrinkles. The pad for the equipment was way too small and not even level. The young man cutting the hoses didn't even try to make the hookup look good, he just guessed at the lengths. I didn't see his craftsmanship until after they got done. Every hookup on the equipment, he used the reducers, even when most of the equipment came with 1.5" fittings. I had one hose popping off multiple times. Problem was a multi size reducer was used on the equipment and was not trimmed to 1.25 it was left going down to 1" inside the 1.5" flex pipe. 3k plus is a lot to spend on an installation. When the hoses starting popping off, I tried reaching out to Fred with no luck. The pool store was somewhat helpful, but I was forced to fix the problem myself.
