  A team was sent to my home today to do what was to be a duct cleaning. The service was an absolute scam. No vent covers were removed and some source and return vents were totally ignored. I was told that were going to use high pressure air to to force material in ducts to the main trunks and that it would then be removed. I assume that air was sent sent at least some of the vent covers, but certainly not all of them. Their checklist that was given to me stated that they used state of the art equipment. If so, the state-of-the-art is in a very bad place. I did question what was being done during the process. When the technician was leaving, he asked me if I had any questions, or any other snide comments. (that is a quote). They will never be allowed in this home again and I suggest that others follow the same approach

  No, thank you. I would prefer to not have you back at my home. The disrespect shown was unprecedented and the work, what was done of it, was unprofessional at best. It is unacceptable to be disrespected in this manner in my own home. The amount of work that was actually done, though minor, was at scam level at best. Blowing air through a few of the vent covers does not constitute a duct cleaning. The insults were stunning and unacceptable.

  The service was great they were courteous, professional and thorough, also educational as to how often the cleaning should be done, I never lived in a house with forced air before. I would recommend this company to anyone needing duct work cleaning. thank you to Hunter and Adam. feeling like my house is breathing better already the atmosphere has changed.
