  He (****** Gorman) came to our house in **************** to reseal and repair cracks in our driveway after randomly stopping by and asking if I'd like it done (1st red flare). I did not have time to inspect the job since I was already late going on my trip. Once I returned I found numerous cracks that weren't touched. I called him and he said he would take care of it after Thanksgiving since it was "such a busy holiday time". I agreed to postpone it just a bit. I've called him back twice now and I have received ZERO return call(s). I'm wondering if he is a scammer since his receipt looks fairly poor (2nd red flare). It has ******* Gorman in bold letters in the top left and ****** Gorman in different font and not bold in the upper right. It has the same phone numbers shown in the BBB post. He's a long way from ********* (3rd red flare) but I'm just now finding this out after checking the BBB site.

  Used **** Gorman Armored Sealcoating for our long driveway. We had developed multiple cracks and needed sealing also. I could not have had a better outcome. It looks great. **** and his crew did an outstanding job.

  I HAD MY DRIVEWAY SEALCOTED IN A 2 STEP OPERATION IN THE FALL OF 2021 AND THE RESULTS ARE LESS THAN WHAT I HAD EXPECTED. I CALLED AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE BACK IN 2022 TO REDO NOT ONLY DID THEY NEVER COME AFTER NUMEROUS CONVERSATION S THEY WOULDNT EXCEPT MY PHONE CALLS .ALL I WANT IS WHAT I PAID $1600.00 CASH FOR.

  Gorman Sealcoating is a business to AVOID! I had my driveway sealed on 7/23/21 and by 9/20/21 there were areas that were defective and I called to have the repairs made under the 2 year warranty. I have contacted the company 7 times and ALWAYS received promises that the repairs would be made but received excuses ranging from death in the family, still out of state, will come next spring, will come when scheduled out my way but DEFINITELY will come in the spring, haven't been scheduled out my way but will come if they're within 30 miles, will come if I get a day off, if I come today I'll have to drive 2 hours out of my way and it's only a touch up job. The company representative who scammed me is ****** Gorman and has zero integrity, apparently has NO problem not honoring the 2 year warranty and doesn't have a clue what good customer service looks like!

  In response to this claim I would like to say this customer refused to let me come out and do any touch *** on his driveway as I was told not to come out to his property. I at no point gave a time or date that I would be out to look at it. There was never no response there was never rescheduled and the day we was expecting to do the touch *** he then dont want us on his property. This customer had buyers remorse and now is saying we scammed him and that is just out of the question. We had no problem coming and fixing his problem at our convenience but he believes that the world revolves around him and we as a company must cater to him and that will not happen. We tried to make it right but he was not allowing it and now is making the accusation of scammers. As a company we try to satisfy everyone but theres some people that you just cant satisfy theyre every need and we shouldnt have not done the job for him in the first place.

  Hey, *** Gorman! How many times does a customer have to call before you decide to honor the 2 yr warranty? I contacted you 7 times! That's right 7 times!! And now you say it has to be at your convenience. Again, do you have a clue what good customer service looks like? Upon reading other reviews that were posted to the BBB, it appears that I wasn't the only customer that couldn't get you to honor your word and warranty. Again, ZERO integrity for a guy by the name of *** Gorman from Gorman Sealcoating!!!

  And in order for me to come out and honor my warranty and word I must be welcomed to do so, not told do not come to my property. In those 7 times you had a response on all 7. Just because you didnt like that we didnt drop everything to come and fix one spot on your driveway doesnt mean we scammed you. I was willing too and still am to fix your problem when I can, you wont let me. I dont understand how I can solve a problem that you wont allowed to be solved!!!

  I contacted you 7 TIMES and all I got were excuses! When you sold your services to me on 7/23/21, you made a big deal about your warranty. What good is a warranty if I contact you 7 TIMES about a problem and you don't have the integrity to honor the warranty. It's just 12 days short of 1 YEAR since you did my driveway and I've been contacting you since 9/20/21 about you honoring the warranty. ***, you need to take a moment of quiet reflection and then ****** "good customer service" and see if you can claim that you've achieved "good customer service." One year later and 7 requests, but NO good customer service from *** **********************. Only excuses! It's interesting that you have the time to respond to all of your poor customer reviews, but don't seem to have the integrity to honor the warranty. Integrity, ***. It's all about integrity. You should ****** the word integrity while you're at it!!
