  We recently had the pleasure of working with Rob and John at Iron River Construction, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the very beginning, Rob was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly thorough in assessing our roof damage and guiding us through the insurance claim process. What truly set Rob apart was his seamless coordination with our insurance company. He handled the entire process with efficiency and expertise, ensuring that we received the full coverage needed for our roof repairs. Not only did he help us with the roof, but he also worked with us to get new siding and windows, completely transforming the exterior of our home. Once everything was approved, John stepped in and managed all the scheduling and coordination of the installers. His organization and attention to detail ensured that the project moved forward smoothly and efficiently. We were impressed by how well he kept everything on track, making sure each step of the process was completed on time and with high-quality workmanship. Rob and John made what could have been a stressful situation effortless. Their communication was clear, prompt, and honest throughout the entire project.   Iron River Construction is simply the best option when pursuing a home improvement project. We solicited many bids from various companies in the area for a whole house siding project. Rob at Iron River was the most thoughtful, thorough and caring professional from the moment we met him. Although Iron River was not our cheapest bid, they were by far the best which is a credit to Rob's approach and process. Upon signing with them, we were handed over to John who was our project manager for the duration of our effort. John was attentive, present, and incredibly responsive. His Crew lead Julio was at our site the entire time that the crew was working and was always communicative, gracious and diligent in leading his team. They did the work quickly and with extremely high quality - our neighbors were even impressed with the end result. I cannot recommend Iron River enough, this was by far the most pleasant experience we have had with any home improvement project.

  Rob and John from Iron River construction came out to the house to look at hail damage. Rob was super easy to work with, explained what would happen, and stayed in constant communication throughout the process. He worked hard to ensure we got a fair inspection and completely dealt with our insurance company. He had a crew out to our house shortly after. His crew was respectful and cleaned up well. The roof looks beautiful! We would highly recommend Rob, John, and Iron River Construction!!

  Rob from Iron River construction came out to the house to look at some hail damage. We had another contractor and after eight months of messing around and not getting any where we decided to Hire Iron River Construction. Rob started by telling us everything to expect and what would happen. He dealt with the insurance company and was no issues. It was seamless and a month later I was getting a call from John to schedule the replacement. The roof was replaced when they said and was cleaned up when they left. You wouldn't have known they were there beside the beautiful new roof. I wish I would have started with them in the first place. I would highly recommend Iron River Construction for any service needed. Rob and John were awesome to work with. Thanks for everything.

  Brad and his crew exceeded our expectations at every level! After getting three quotes for a large maintenance-free deck, it was clear that we would go with Iron River Construction. Brad is knowledgeable about the products, he wasn’t pushy with the sale, and is professional. He was very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The crew that built our deck was awesome; they cleaned up every day and left no debris, all while being professional (yet playful when our 2 year old couldn’t help but watch them work through the window!). Jesse, Jason, Adam, Josh, Wyatt, Garret, Luke, Tyler, and Karsen all worked so efficiently that our neighbors were asking us for the Iron River business card after day 1! We love being able to enjoy this space now and highly recommend using Iron River Construction for your next deck project.

  I had a GREAT experience with Iron River. Brad B was a really good resource through the process. Helping me decide on size, stair location, colors, etc. was something I got little to no help on when I got other bids. They were affordable and efficient and even came back when the deck was finished to make sure everything was perfect/fix some minor hiccups I would’ve never noticed. Highly recommend!
