"I have a lowered car & needed a tow I called ********** said the driver would call me before hand to assess the situation but didnt & showed up to my vehicle without anyone present & attempted to put a wreck underneath my car when he was just down the road from the tow yard & could have got a flatbed instead of ripping off my bumper & severing my lower ball joint & wrecked the lower control arm it ripped the ball joint & dropped my car on the ground pushed my tire into my fender bent my fender & ripped my upper ball joint. The driver said he thought it was just a body *********** realize it was lowered (has 3 clearance) so he jacked up my car to put the wrecker under ********* it like that even though the weight of my car was sitting on the tire & was only connected to my car from the upper control arm & tie rod." ...
