- General Return Policy
Generally merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. The following exceptions apply.
* For any return to be processed, the item(s) being returned must be in "like new condition" and accompanied by the original Relax The Back sales receipt and original packaging materials, accessories, and manuals.
* If the client cannot provide a store receipt, a store credit will be issued.
* Refunds will be processed the same manner as purchased, except for cash purchases over $50.00, which will be refunded via check. All check refunds are processed and mailed within 7 business days of the return.
* Merchandise will be eligible for a check refund (or credit card refund, when applicable) if accompanied by sales receipt and original packaging.
* A 25% restocking fee will apply to all special order/custom ordered items.
* Delivery charges and pick-up charges will be deducted from the refunded amount. This includes "free delivery" charges that were initially included as part of the terms of the sale.
* Any items that were included "free" as part of the terms of the sale will return or deducted from the refundable amount. These items must follow the same requirements as any returning item.
* All discounted floor models are non-refundable and can be exchanged only for an equal or higher priced item.
* Personal items (hot/cold packs, support belts, aromatherapy/Spa Products and handheld massagers, seating cushions and lumbar cushions/supports) and sleep products (pillows, wedge, mattress protectors, sheet sets etc) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. - Business Categories
