First of all, allow me to take the blame for being numb to all the caution people gave me about RS Motors. The horrible and degrading experience is consistent and nothing new, so I should have been more cautious. Context: This year, I had planned to build my Evo and made that known every time I went to a car meet or met someone who asked "Anything done to the car as yet?". I would enthusiastically (Almost Bragging) say "I am taking it to RS Motors to get built". As God is my witness, almost every time, it was met with a disapproving "Good Luck" or a sarcastic, "And how's that going so far?". Hmmmmh? The world has a way of revealing the truth. I don't give into gossip or hearsay, however, if different people, from different settings, share a similar view, then chances are it's true.*********************, is extremely rude. I understand the Business belongs to him thus RS Motors, however, I am not sure he understands that businesses are customer driven, and his business would be nowhere were it not for the customers who believe in him and give him the business. I have nothing to hide, and I am willing to share the disrespectful, senseless, and degrading email conversations between *** and me. Never have I met a more skilled yet emotionally charged business owner. He even found it necessary to state "Im 50 years of age not 9". Wooow!Based on my experience with RS Motors, here's my takeaway:1. Do not allow them to talk down to you or be condescending: That seems to be their main skill.2. Separate your emotions from your expectations: They are known to build **********, so you will get what you want, with a broken heart ;-).They have been doing this for so long that their heart is out of it, they almost seem numb. So again, they are known for their builds, and that's great. But as far as customer service goes and regard for their customers, the scale is not low enough, even a -10 would be an understatement.BEWARE!
