  Very disappointed. We were preparing to move and needed to purge a vast amount of items - most of it intended for donation. Multiple bags of clothes/shoes - lightly used and much of them new, dishes, blankets, other household goods, a storage cabinet, boxes of board games, puzzles, multiple bags of Christmas decorations/lights in like-new condition, and 19 large, heavy-duty bags FULL of books - about 95% of them brand new - minimum several hundred. They rifled through some of the bags of clothes and pulled out some shirts for themselves on site. I was shocked, however I let it go since I was getting rid of them anyway and even told them if they see something they want, feel free. The removal went fine, and they were very nice. What I WAS expecting, but never received, was the tax deductible receipt. They promise to provide it within 14 days. As we were busy with buying/selling homes, I didn't realize I never received it until about a month and a half later.I've since called 4-5 different times and I had to go through the main company since the specific location in *************, ** can't be called directly. My inquiry was passed on, and first I was told they had the tax deductible receipt and would received it the next day, the next time I was told someone would reach out to me - none of that happened. They supposedly partner with charities (along with using their own sister-store, Remix Market for selling used goods), and I find it hard to believe nothing was accepted.I wouldn't mind if it were just a few items we were donating, but this was a massive amount, and they didn't deliver what they promised. I won't be using this service again, nor recommending them to anyone, either.
