  Chosen to Build gave a very competitive quote on our project. One of the doors we ordered from Mendards was slightly damaged. I would have just let it go, but Omari (the owner) wanted it perfect and exchanged the door on his own volition, showing how he takes pride in doing a good job. When the project went over the estimated work time (not their fault, but rather due to a suprise hidden behind the molding), Choosen To Build did not raise the price, but stuck to the competitive orginal bid. Polite, knowledgeable, honest, and hard-working. I would definitely use again.

  I needed someone to sheetrock and tape a dining and living room ceiling, and skim coat the plaster walls of both rooms. Omari and his team came in and did an excellent job. The attention to detail was incredible and they just pounded it right out. In and out in just a few days - they kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up well after themselves too. I'll definitely be hiring him again!

  We needed our entry door replaced and had received outrages quotes from Home Depot & Lowe's. I reached out to a friend for a referral and he introduced me to Omari. Omari came to my home to assess the needs and emailed a quote the next more. The price point was great and we scheduled an install date. Omari and I went to the store together to purchase all materials, he has great rapport with the employees at Home Depot and with his customers. His work craftsmanship and work ethic exceeded my expectation' he even found a way to make the job a few hundred dollars less expensive than the original quote. He didn't have to do that and I would never have known the difference, thank you Omari! He did such a great job that we hired him to build out a dishwasher space, repair cabinets, and we plan to hire him again in the future for other projects.

  Mr.O**** (owner) came out to initially give an estimate for flooring install, and plumbing work, as the job was nearing completion and after I'd seen what a great job that he had done. I decided to add painting, removal of some unsightly and terribly out dated wall that was covered in cork wall, some three decade old wallpaper and the replacement of doors. ***** didn't have a problem with me making changes at the last minute, he listened to my concerns and was willing to make provisions when I needed too. He was very patient as I kept swaying back and forth. I relied a lot on his suggestions of what the best case and worst case scenarios. would be. I didn't feel as though I was being double talked on what can or can't be done. When the project got tough and countless problems arose, he was able to stay true to the course of action, adhere to the timeline and the determination to make it work., The talent and knowledge that he brought throughout the project. left nothing more to be desired. He didn't waste my time and money with unnecessary work, or talking me into something that I couldn't afford or he couldn't do. I appreciate that not only cleaning up the space afterwards, but also collecting and disposing of packaging/ garbage/juck after he was done. I would hire again. His work spoke very well for itself!

  Omari came out to give us an estimate to remodel a large area of our home. He had great ideas and was very knowledgeable about the building and remodeling process. He was very professional, detailed and very familiar with all aspects of construction. He was very thorough and He treats people with kindness and integrity. I highly recommend Chosen to Build Llc/Omari *******. You won’t be disappointed!

  We were referred to Omari ******* by another contractor we'd used who recommended him highly. We contracted Omari to rebuild our front and rear steps. We expressed our ideas to Omari, who was able to give us valuable advice on materials and design. As the project went on he would alert us to any unexpected things that came up to get our input and offer possible solutions. He was mindful of our budget, the way we wanted things to look and also our desire to use low-maintenance materials for the front steps. With Omari's guidance and hard work, our front steps went from very old, weathered, unsightly wooden steps to gorgeous new UltraDeck steps with a wider top deck that gives us room for a couple of chairs, and metal railings. We have people in our life who have mobility issues, and Omari helped us make sure the railings were spaced in a way that would make it easy for someone to be able to hold onto both side railings as they go up the steps, giving them more stability. They are both functional and beautiful. Our rear steps (more like a small deck) are more 'utility' in purpose, and we simply wanted to replace the aged wood with new cedar planks. Once the rear steps were taken off, Omari realized some of the wood was rotted, as well as the wood around the threshold, and much of the dirt under the steps had been eroded. He cleaned out all the rotted wood, making sure to weatherproof behind and around the new threshold, and filled in the eroded area under the steps before continuing to complete the build. Omari is a perfectionist who pays great attention to detail. He is incredibly respectful and polite and has great integrity toward his work, and fulfilling his client's expectations. We highly recommend Omari and his company, and would gladly use him for future projects.
