    Very friendly, helpful and delightful couple run the business. We drove up from Clear Lake to pick up a ************* insert. I'm really glad we chose Gull Lake Fireplace. By far the most friendly and helpful of several places we contacted. They made sure we had everything we needed and the knowledge to do the *************. I would make the hour and twenty minute drive again if I was ever to buy another fireplace.

    We purchased a wood pellet stove from this business in March 2022. They provided us the phone number for their install person ( I assume a contractor). This install person named ***** of *** Sweeps came to install. After installation we had water drips coming in near the pipe that extends up ceiling after hard rains. We called ***** (he didnt answer) and left message asking him to call us regarding this issue. He did not call. We called him again a week or so later (no answer) and left message again. No response. Shortly after, we called Gull Lake Brick & Fireplace and discussed this situation. They told us ***** is hard to get a hold of and not good at responding. They offered to contact him and ask him to call us. Still have not heard from him, nor did Gull Lake Brick&Fireplace check back with us to see how were doing. I sent GLBF an email documenting our dissatisfaction and lack of customer service and support. They have chosen not to respond to us. We would not recommend this business nor their installation representative. Very poor follow up, lack of concern regarding customer satisfaction.
