    We entered an agreement with StrategicSource with the understanding that they would help us achieve savings by working with our current vendors, as promised during our initial discussions. However, this was not the case. Our vendors were reluctant to communicate with StrategicSource, forcing us to handle most negotiations independently. Despite this, StrategicSource claimed these self-negotiated savings as part of their guaranteed savings program and subsequently back-billed us for these amounts.We are extremely disappointed with the approach taken by StrategicSource and their apparent disregard for our initial agreement to utilize our existing vendor relationships. The lack of direct involvement and support from their team in the negotiation process was surprising and not what we expected based on our agreement. This experience has unfortunately not only failed to add value to our operations but has also complicated our relationships with key suppliers.I cannot recommend StrategicSource based on our experience. Their inability to fulfill their promises and the resultant lack of respect shown to our preferences and existing relationships were highly unsatisfactory.
