    READ FIRST! ******************* from Midwest egress ghosted me after I paid him the 50% down payment ($2,170) to schedule a window install. He was suppose to install an egress window in my house this September. For weeks, *** called, texted, and emailed and he doesnt respond.

    They put in an egress window over a year ago and we still have not gotten a screen that fits despite trying to get it resolved all year. He finally delivered a screen but it was two inches too small. He doesn't respond to messages and texts. It's so frustrating!

    No warranty, no guarantee on workmanship! Contacted them last fall and again this spring about water leak about 2 feet from the bottom. Was told to throw more sand on the outside on the first one then add more pea gravel on the inside on the second complaint. Didnt come down personally to fix! So my advice is not to hire them, or go through **** because **** evidently doesnt vent before they put them out there on the job. **** wont reply to my request about the job, but has a **** Happiness Guarantee?? Guess I have two complaints. Dont use either!!
