    My lashes - I love them. My lash service techs have been amazing and I have loved them too! Actually, the techs and support staff in general have been wonderful to work with; the company and management different story. Horrific customer service. Management treats clients like they are second rate and cycles through great techs and support staff quickly. Clients can never build a relationship with their tech - I am particular and paying for an expert service, I want to KNOW my tech. I want them to KNOW me and my lashes! Each time I go back either another tech is gone or the receptionist is Its a management issue not a tech or receptionist issue. Im sick of the awkward vibes from management, strange wishy washy texts and the lack of real customer service. The staff can be late or cancel due to illness, but clients cant reschedule or they are charged! Ok, so you want clients to come with COVID and subject other clients and techs to illness?! Its repulsive! Like I said, the techs/staff are amazing. The management is seemingly uneducated on how to run a business and client retention. They are harsh with clients and at the rate their employees leave, Im sure they feel taken advantage of too; honestly, if it werent for the techs; Id never go there again. Matter a fact, *** been looking at other salons and tried a few, but have just loved my techs to much too leave, but I just simply cannot support an owner of a company who treats clients horribly when they pay them for a service! Preposterous! Theyve lost my business and ANY referral services! I'd give them less than one star if I could
