    This company hired us to do work for them and now they have refused to pay for work done.

    This is an ongoing dispute between home owner and well driller. The well driller invoiced for a depth that was greater than what was filed with the State of Minnesota, then left the property a mess for the contractor and home owner to clean up. The money claimed to be owed on this invoice was used by the home owner to clean the property. The home owner would have paid the invoice if the certification was at the proper depth. This led to a dispute and claim filed by homeowner with the State of MN against the well driller.

    Please keep in mind the well company was paid for actual work completed. The remaining amount invoiced was for an unverifiable depth with inadequate paperwork filed with the State of Minnesota.
