THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. RUN RUN RUN. avoid this company at all costs. They are liars and have been sitting on a job for 5. 5 months. I have never been more frustrated with complete and utter lack of doing anything. They request the money up front and then do NOTHING. Seriously save yourself the headache and nightmare and avoid them at all costs. They are criminals.

Anytime Restoration has been in constant communication with this individual regarding her repair project. Anytime can not begin any repair project without approvals from insurance and money down to schedule subcontractors and order materials, we spoke with the adjuster on this claim on 5//25 and he advised to us that he was sorry he dropped the ball on reviewing the scope of work and that he was swamped with hail claims, Anytime has made every effort to get in contact with this adjuster for months (all documented) and have not received any communication back, we cannot proceed without an approved scope of work, this is to ensure we only complete work that is approved, and will be paid for.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!! multiple past lawsuits and current pending lawsuits! 3.12.25 - my current civil legislation lawsuit is still going on with company. They currently have over 20 Lawsuits being prepared against them from residents and subcontractors. The Owner (Verdean ********) has had multiple lawsuits against dating all the way back to 2009. Anytime restoration has had filed lawsuits against in 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2024. You can google this and also feel free to check out the screenshots below. There our also multiple Yelp reviews within the last month with the same issue. They demand the full amount up front for everything (In my case. They demanded I give them over $13,000 up front.) They than never did the work. I called multiple times and emailed with ZERO response after I paid them. I even went to the actual business. Where the Owner Verdean said he had no idea and that he would look into. This has now gone on for a year. I now have a civil legislation lawsuit that has to be done to get the money back. They have had over 8 project managers quit because ******** did not pay them. PLEASE AVOID! They will look to take advantage of a family desperate in a emergency. I do not want any other family or business to experience what I have. Also, If you our currently going through the legal process with Anytime Restoration and/or ********* Feel free to reach out to me as there our multiple contacts and information being piled together at the legal/state level.

We had a leak in our ceiling in March 2024. The mitigation team was quick and amazing and paid the bill immediately. In April/May 2024 the PM came to look at the ceiling, an estimate was sent and paid in June, but that is where it all ends. After the bill was paid the PM was no longer reachable. We tried calling, texting, emailing and no responses. Finally in October I left a negative yelp review and Darin (PM) finally responded, but with all the excuses. The last PM quit (Darin was our PM), the PMs phone was locked, and the project was marked closed. In November, our ceiling finally got fixed. As a PM myself I’m appalled at how Anytime Restoration is conducting business. Now in January, my deceased husband is getting a bill after we were told by Darin it was completed. The reason being, they said they found the bill during their quarterly audit. I’m curious how monthly financial closures are going and if a full audit was initiated what else would be found. How was the project closed and paid back in June? Client shares that the project wasn’t completed, and the company is conducting quarterly audits and sending for payments? What happened to the third quarter audit? Do your PMs not have the responsibility to check on projects to ensure they’re completed? Why are customers having to pay for the company’s mistakes?

HORRIBLE COMPANY. My situation was similar to others on here. They came in to do the mitigation very quickly and did a fine job. I was given a verbal estimate of $3,000.00 and signed a contract. They tried to talk me into tearing up the tile work which I gratefully declined. After that I couldn't get a hold of anyone. One employee did text me that the Job supervisor on my job had been in meetings all week and didn't have time to call me back. I never heard anything for 6 weeks until I received the bill on a Friday night at 5:30pm (conveniently after business hours so I couldn't call them back) for $5,459.00. I have been living without a ceiling or a light in my laundry room/pantry for 7 weeks. The bill is $2,500.00 over the estimate and now I have to hire another company to finish the job. The Google reviews are all five stars because they have been able to wipe it all clean, Yelp tells a different story. If you do some about the lawsuits against the company and the owner, Verdean ******** you will find out they have cheated their customers and employees. DO NOT USE ANYTIME RESTORATION!

Anytime is asking that this review be removed for false, derrogatory accusations against the owner of the company.

If this is the correct homeowner, which we cannot tell as they did not provide their full name...this homeowner was sent a revised invoice of $3,500 to reflect the contract agreement.

I was referred to this company by our plumber after flooding in our basement, and while the initial mitigation process was fast and flawless, that was unfortunately where the positive experience ended. Communication throughout the project was abysmal—often I would have to call the project manager myself to get any updates, and even then, scheduled appointments were missed without notice. Midway through the project, our original project manager quit, and we were assigned a new one who seemed entirely unaware of what had been done or what needed to be completed. This caused further delays, and it took a full five months to get the job finished, which felt entirely too long for a situation that should have been handled much quicker. Additionally, the final invoice was incorrect, and after sending them a copy with the needed corrections, there was no response until they threatened a lien on our home if the bill wasn’t paid. Fortunately, I was able to get the invoice updated, but the entire process was stressful and disappointing. I can't speak to how they have such high ratings online, as my experience was far from positive. I appreciate that the employees were friendly and that the mitigation work itself was efficient, but the poor communication, lack of follow-through, and mistakes on billing make it impossible for me to recommend this company.

We would first like to start off by saying thank you for expressing your frustrations with Anytime, as it helps us to improve our processes and procedures moving forward. We are very sorry for the experience you had with our rebuild services. Unfortunately, just like with any other company, employees come and go and for that we are sorry that you had to experience a shift in the project manager role during your rebuild process. Looking through our system notes of your file, I am seeing that there was an agreement made on the final invoice, and that the account is paid in full and repairs are completed.

An absolutely awful company at every level. Every single person I dealt with was totally incompetent. I dealt with Kaylee initially, and she was all too happy to come to my house to collect payment, and then afterwards she would never answer her phone or return my messages. After the mitigation process which went fine, I was assigned Jeff to manage my restoration process. Talking to Jeff on the phone is like listening to Mr. Rooney's secretary trying to pretend to be Mr. Rooney when she's on the phone with Ferris's best friend Cameron in Ferris Bueller's Day off. Jeff is constantly fumbling with papers and generally has no idea what's going on. I asked for a new project manager and was assigned to Rodrigo. Rodrigo seemed competent but after he was unable to find replacement tile for my bathroom that Anytime's mitigation team LOST, he eventually just quit returning my calls and texts. Almost a YEAR LATER, and my bathroom is STILL NOT FULLY RESTORED. I've also come to find out that they didn't install p-traps under the bathroom sinks, so now a rotten smell is coming out of the drains!!! This company is absolutely awful. If for some reason you do want to work with them, DO NOT PAY until the work is done. If they insist on full payment, run. Run and don't look back.

Anytime Restoration followed firetrucks to a fire next door to me. Actually, one representative showed up prior to the EMS arriving. Shortly after the scene was cleared, Anytime Restoration canvassed the block with contracts to get the respective home owner's houses repaired. When they came to my house, I was promised a brand new roof on my house and garage, as well new insulation-none of which has come to fruition. I signed a contract with them shortly the fires were out and EMS left the scene, and when the throng of onlookers went back to their day. My wife and I were told by Anytime Restoration that my insurance company would not support a claim for a new roof on my house and garage unless I signed we signed a contract with them. We did not hear from Anytime Restoration until the insurance came through six months later, and they did not deliver what they promised they would. I am sure that the contract I signed has language indicating there was no guarantee of a new roof, but considering the circumstances (just had a fire and 4 firetrucks arrive-emotions were running high). They told us that if we didn't sign with them, our insurance company would not take care of us. They offered stories of people that did not sign their contact and how much they regretted it. They came to us like they were there in our time of need (my ignorance). Given the emotional roller coaster of the day, I believe that their tactics are predatory. I am filing a complaint because I do not want other people to fall prey to this scam. I am still waiting on them to begin work our home. On the day work was to begin, nobody showed up, and nobody called or emailed me that they would not be arriving. I called Anytime Restoration's business office twice, and they transferred me to the general voicemail (on a Thursday morning-it was regular business hours).

Did a great job with removing the water damage, they came right away and that's how they got the one star. The foreman had me sign a contract to do the restoration that same night. Big mistake because here I sit 10 months later with no cabinets, and still walking on concrete and wood floors. I have been living in my bedroom for this entire time. The company they hired to do the sheetrock and painting were terrible, not even oversized outlet covers would cover up the cuts made around them. I took pictures and sent them to the project manager and he did nothing, I had to fix them myself.

We had a leak in the kitchen that required removal of our cabinet with the sink. Liberty was in charge of the clean up and Rodrigo for the rebuild portion. Both were very professional and communicated great by returning texts and or phone calls promptly. They did an outstanding every step of the way, the only issue was a delay in getting repairs completed due to insurance issues..Rodrigo was very patient and flexible. Would highly recommend Anytime to friends. Thank you!

So far, so good! We're just getting started and staff has been very helpful (thanks, Jay!) And we're hopeful that the team will be able to restore our damaged kitchen and downstairs bedroom. We'll post more once repairs start!
