    One of the owners, ****, is a very compassionate man. He is the reason this place should still exist at all. Also, ***** was very compassionate as well. The only thing is, he went through my glove box before bringing my car out. Luckily there wasnt anything to get. I will agree with everyone here that there are thieves in this office. HOWEVER, the guttersnipes who run the office (especially the busted one in the makeshift bonnet) need to be fired. I can imagine no one wants to work here because its constant angry people, but the trailertrash one and the bonnet wearing bandit need to GO. Lowest level of human beings *** ever encountered. Scum off the streets of ***********.

    These people suck! They took my car and all the belongings in it and wouldn't return them. People answer the phone and SAY they'll call back but never do... In looking at other reviews for them it would appear they are serial scum bags! Very unethical and immature!

    Tried to tow my car tonight without even checking the vin... they had the wrong vehicle on the tow truck. They weren't even at the right person's house. I own my vehicle and have owned it for over 3 years with zero payments... once they had checked the vin they set my vehicle down and left very quickly but why are u even touching someone else's belongings without double checking your paperwork? The license plate? Or even the vin?

    On top of ignoring/not returning my voicemails/calls and conviently ignorning you so the daily fees stack up, they have multiple public reports of theft of personal possesions out of peoples cars they tow/repo with police reports. Please look into this place before more people get scammed. I've been trying to get my car (that's paid for) since Friday, it's now tuesday afternoon.

    SCAM!!! They tow your vehicle, hard to get it back- rack up fees because they dont answer or dont have appointments for days .addresses have Changed - outdated info on website! Dont use this company PLEASE, AT ALL COST!!!!
