      On Thursday afternoon my tire rod broke in the middle of an intersection in *******. I called roadside and they dispatched a tow truck at 3:30pm with an ETA of ***** minutes which I thought was too long but we waited. The police had to direct traffic around my vehicle and finally after 90 minutes of waiting the police said they were either going to tow it or call their guys for a tow not covered by insurance. I call this company number 763&786&9220 over and over with no answer. No *** was ever updated. He finally showed up at 5:30pm. He told me I was lucky he showed up because the other truck blew a hydraulic and he was there out of the goodness of his heart. No phone call. No communication to this fact. I had to pay the tow truck the cop called $403 when it was supposed to be a service included with my insurance. Terrible customer service. Not reliable with communication. Awful attitudes.

      Way to much money, $375 for a same day tow and car picked up 4 hours later!!! That is almost double what other companies charge!! That is robbery!!! Talk about being robbed in broad daylight!!! How can this be legal?????

      This place is a scam and they need to be investigated for there business practices. Again waiting just to get people towed. Excepting only cash. The books on this business have to be wrong. Very rude customer service is not good. Plus a very short window to get your care back. Plus looked up average to cost his rates are doubled. ****** to start but again can't get your car till next day so now it's ******

      This place is robbing people! Towing people on days 24/7 but only allowing people 1 hour to get their vehicles back! Then overcharging due to their lack of availability! Do not use them and do not extend any building contracts with them. They charge people $300 to get their vehicles back! Horrible
