    I'd give zero stars if I could. This company came to my house as a result of some minor flooding. We simply wanted to make sure there was no damage. They found no damage but still a tiny bit of moisture. They did no actual work and simply left three fans running on my electric bill and decided to charge me over **** dollars for 3 fans for 3 days. That's outrageous so I asked them on day two to take the fans and send me a bill for 3 fans rentals for 1 day. They refused and I became stuck with this ridiculous bill. And now they've put a lean on my property. I'm a new home owner and I don't know what to do from here. Take my advice and DO NOT EVER do business with Servpro in Alexandria **. They are thieves.
