  Purchased a set of wheels and tires I advised them I wasn’t gonna be home day of delivery contacted fedex let them know they were supposed to deliver next day and failed to when got home following day they were not there contacted Sandra she advised me I had insurance instructed me to file a police report and I did supposed to ship out replacement and never did wont answer my calls nor the manager Nick till today still haven’t heard or received anything

  Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating delivery issues can be and we truly do our best to support our customers when situations like this arise.
  After you reported the package missing, we promptly offered to send a replacement order with the exact same wheels and tires, as originally purchased, and to the same verified address. However, your request to switch to entirely different wheels and tires and to ship to a new address raised a fraud alert with your financing company, which strictly prohibits changes to the product or delivery address after the order has been finalized.
  Due to these security measuresput in place to protect both you and uswe were unable to proceed with those changes.

  Wheels i wanted and ordered wound up being sent wrong from manufacturer, wheelsetgo contacted me immediately to let me know and we were able to figure out another set that turned out looking amazing on my 9th Gen Civic Si Coupe! Would highly recommend! I actually went back and purchased a 5th wheel and non directional tire for a spare from them because I was so pleased! A+++++

  Nate was excellent as my point of contact. He wen though the sizing and made sure everything fit He also went through the loan process that I decline to do. I asked him to check for inventory and he completed that right away. The website is extremely easy to maneuver and the ordering process was straightforward. Some of these wheel websites are a pain in the A__ to navigate but will say, BB was on top of their game. Hopefully, my wheels and tires come in excellent condition within a reasonable time. I did opt for the mount and balance, so that will add additional time. Another great free service they offer to minimize tour cost and time. So far, I am happy with their service!

  It was an interesting process. There were no options online to automatically pair the rims with tires as a package unless it was user error, and I when I checked out there was no option to get my packages delivered to a tire company near me, and after spending over $1700 no courtesy email about an estimated time, date, something... I really went with this company because the prices were reasonable and they work with affirm but the customer friendly website is anything but, and like I mentioned, no email about when my delivery is coming. Atrocious customer service but the purchase is already done and I hope this part is better.

  I ordered wheels and tires 5/6/24, mounted, balanced and shipped. Received wheels with deep gouges on the back side of all four, two had chrome discoloration, one wheel also had all the weights come off during shipping and ding the chrome face in multiple spots. Spoke with customer service they agreed that the product I received was damaged during the mounting balancing process and also the wheels never should have made it out past quality control. They were suppose to send me new wheels and I’ll take care of the mounting and balancing and send the damaged wheels back. A month later I still can’t get an update on the wheels. Very aggravating. I would recommend going with another wheel/tire provider
