    Did not honor written and paid for quote. Replacing an existing 4 foot fence. My invoice (said) was for 113 feet ( right side of fence ) Paid $1725 dollars. Crew showed up with enough materials to do 70 odd feet of fence. 6 foot pickets for a 4 foot fence. I questioned the price and he said the pickets were the same price. Asked for an itemized statement.Never received. Claimed it was a software glitch So, your going pay your two people to cut off 2 feet off on every picket? E-mailed him and he said it would be an additional $2,100 dollars to finish the right side of fence. He said part of that $2100 was to haul away the old fence. Shouldn't that have been in the first quote?Canceled job. Asked for a refund of work completed and another itemized statement of charges. He agreed. Never received any refund or an itemization of charges. This was in July. It's now October. That's almost $34 a foot for a 4 foot wooden fence with most of the posts intact. They did tear down all the existing fence and set two posts. No pickets.I don't think I need to say anymore.
