Pulsating in-home water pressure resulted in an expeditious service fix by veteran tech Robin and his apprentice in-training, a bright lad with an even brighter future. It's likely embarrassing the number of online accolades this communication/expertise based company receives. But in this surreal era of serial social media lies, you can rely on the integrity of the PP&H online posts. They're the real deal! He patiently explained what he had found and proceeded to fix the issue with the Air Conditioner. The charge for the Service Call was very reasonable. Cold water was not working in our shower panel tower system. Precision Plumbing gave us 2 estimates to fix or replace. We opted to replace for ~ $750. The date and time they were supposed to arrive, I got a call. They don't have the "part". I clarified- not a part, a whole new unit. Well she says, I've tried for the last 2 wks to get the part, and couldn't. She also said our original shower unit looks like it came from ******* or ********** which it did not. It was very expensive. I mentioned it would have been great to be in the loop that this was an issue since I took the day off to be here. Long and short- we got charged $ for a plumber to come look at our shower, to schedule it, not show up, after sending us reminders they were coming, be told our current unit looks like it came from *******, and I took the day off, for NOTHING. If I could give Precision Plumbing a ZERO, i would.Precision Plumbing & Heating Systems

Been using Precision for a few years now and the service and professionalism never decline. Knowledgeable, friendly, call you when about 15-20 minutes away, email you with the service or sales representatives photograph and details, honest, offers options and suggestions, and is an all-around great company to work with, from the first contact over the phone with an issue that needs fixing, right through to follow-up.Precision Plumbing & Heating Systems
