    I put a $2500 deposit down on a ****** PW50 built by *********************** the owner of Pro Flo Racing. I was promised a delivery date of March, 2021. Several months after the promised delivery date, it started to become very apparent that he had not even started to build the motorcycle and was giving me excuses about how much longer it would take. It was hard to get any responses from him at all. Finally I gave up and just asked for a refund. He sent a partial refund of $900 and then has been dodging us on the rest. Come to find out this is a common practice of his, and there are several other people in this same boat. His son has posted online that he doesn't plan on paying back any of the people that he owes.
