    Had them out because my heating system was not working. The tech that showed up thought it was the zone system. He said he didn't know because they don't work with that type of system but thought I should install new one that they use. He also said that he would go back and talk with somebody else about it. A week past and never heard back so I had a different company come out. They figured it out and it was only a thermostat. Two months later I get a past due bill. According to them they emailed me a bill and an estimate that they said must of went to my spam. I don't know how much the estimate was for because i never saw it but replacing my zone system would be expensive and not repair it. When I called to pay the bill I told them what happened and didn't think they should make money off me but would pay something towards them having to pay the tech but they didn't care. So I paid for tech to come out and tell me he didn't know what was wrong.
