    We had to file a claim with their insurance, resulting in their insurance totalling out our car after they screwed our timing up resulting in needing a new engine. Also very deceptive on this website having customers (some being family) leave reviews after picking up a lawsuit from another customer. Very shady.

    Brought my vehicle in because it wouldn't stay running. They couldn't figure out the problem so just said bad motor. Had it towed home they broke and left parts off my vehicle which costed me over a grand to put back together the way it went into them. My vehicle did not have a bad motor they just don't know what they are doing. All the good reviews are friends or the owners mom.

    Excellent car repair shop. Always the lowest prices in town with great work for the multiple repairs (brakes, brake lines, spark plugs, coil packs, etc) I have needed. Also great people to talk to and they like to give back to the community with discounts and food pantries.

    Great people! Needed a new radiator put in called they made an appointment even got me in sooner than originally planed and got it done for literally a fraction of what dealership tried charging me I highly recommend!!

    Have used D and S multiple times for both personal and business vehicles. They have always fixed our vehicles on a timely manner and never left us feeling over charged. Fair and honest business doing everything they can to help out their customers and community.

    I would trust them with all my vehicles. A local dealership would not change a sensor, because it did not show a computer code. We explained our dilemma to them and it was fixed. No problems since.

    Saved me a fortune! I had my car into the dealership for some warranty work and they came back with several thousand estimate for additional repairs outside the warranty. I took my car to D & S Auto repair and it was in perfect running order for under $100. They found several things that were loosened and so all they needed was a quarter turn and everything was fine. They were very honest and did not try to have me pay for parts I didn’t need when some how they had simply been loosened while at the dealership.

    This is the best shop to go to in west Michigan entirely let alone Muskegon! They offer honestly, integrity and all around the best service. From personal vehicles of mine to our commercial fleet for work. They are well respected and used by many local businesses in my area and support our community as well. Great people, Great service, all around 5 Stars!
