Beginning 07/25/23, I called Bob G regarding a well he dug in 2019 for our elderly aunt (75yrs old). On 07/27/23, Bob called to let us know the well had run dry. He encouraged us to call Midland Co Health Dept because he stated, the farm AG wells have sucked up all the water in the area. I spoke with **** **** at Midland Co & was advised that he would send a form to Bob to fill out & one for me to fill out. I texted Bob to let him know, he said he would not fill out the form until he spoke with **** & refused to give me his email address until then. It took Bob until 08/02/23 to give me his email address, the forms were submitted to the state on 08/03/23. It took until 08/09/23 for me to text Bob asking him to call **** **** (State of Mich) before he could begin work on our case. 15 days without water at this point. We have stayed in contact with all involved trying to figure out how all the neighbors have water but not our aunt. We even contacted 9&10 News to try & get her help. Fast forward until today 08/24/23, 29 days without water, ***** (State of MI) sent out an independent well driller to inspect the well. It was found that the wires to the well had been cut by Bob (it was stated by the other driller that Bob may have done that so the well didn't kick on). Bob never told us this was done. We were told that sometimes wells lose pressure, he showed us how to shut off the breaker, advised to wait 2hrs & then turn back on. Our aunt had water immediately upon hooking up new wires. Never at any point in the last 29 days had Bob suggested anything like this could be the issue, he blamed the farmers & advised us to go after them in order to have a new well dug. Absolutely beyond disappointed in someone who claims to be a professional well driller of many years. A 75yr old lady had to carry in 5gal buckets of water to bath, wash dishes, flush toilets or boil water for cooking. He never offered any help, just talked to us like we didn't matter. Shameful!
