- Once the slabs are 'fabricated' after ALL approval has been done by the customer. If they decide that they 'change their minds upon installation day, they will not receive their deposit back. After numerous times of not receiving ANY deposits prior to any fabrication, even with all approvals in writing and verbally. We currently have many kitchens that we have paid for ourselves without charging our customers. Our customers happiness comes first. However, they do also need to be aware that we pay for everything up front. So, when minds get changed upon the 'installation' day, we are the one's who are then again set in the 'red'. We feel that everyone should be completely knowledgeable with full communication up front. There are NO hidden fees and we are always willing to change colors as long as we have not attempted to 'fabricate'. We want them to be 100% happy.
