    I wouldn't even give 1 star honestly. I tried to file my 2022 taxes with her in June of 2023 and was told everything would go through fine. She never filed my return. Fast forward to a few months later and she made up an excuse as to why it couldn't go through and told me it would go through now but would take a few months. Fast forward to Jan of 2024 and I was told that they just finally accepted my refund. 6 months later I repeatedly tried calling her over those months and never heard anything back. Finally got ahold of her in July of 2024 and was told that she needed another number from me to file my taxes. I gave her that number and was told she'd call me when it went through. She never called and never filed my taxes. I've tried to repeatedly call since then and she's ignored all of my calls and her voicemail is always full. She has all of my paperwork and won't return my calls. I finally requested copies of my w2s and took it to * and * . They couldn't believe I dealt with this from a professional. My taxes went through with no issues. I'd never ever recommend her and I'll actually go out of my way to let people know not to use her from now on!!!!!

    Best tax service Ive ever had! However for several weeks I havent been able to reach her for an issue with my return not showing up in my account. The phone line rings busy! Hopefully these reviews get to her and she can contact me ASAP. Thank you!

    I've been going here for several years but some things have changed with privacy of financial information and documentation of payments received for services.Think its time to go some where else.I also agree you can not contact them.

    Had an appointment earlier this year with ****** for our taxes to be filed - first year in a LONG time to use her services. Her office is very cluttered with other people's information scattered openly all over the place. We had a VERY hard time getting a hold of her but was able to speak to someone in her office a few weeks after our appointment - was told that our return was filed, that we owe money for both state and federal, and to expect our stuff back in the mail......fast forward to now - after some investigating with the *** and State, we find out that an extension was filed on our behalf on April 15th, but no return filed, and ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION FROM ****** or anyone in her office!!! We cannot reach her by phone or mail, and when we drive to her office no one is around! We have been under the impression that our return was filed, and have been expecting payment coupons in order to pay our tax bill - and now come to find out no return has been filed - PLUS, she still has ALL of our personal information being held hostage with no way to get in touch with her!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DISORGANIZED, AND HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS OF FRADULENT ACTIVITY!!!!! Would not refer ANYONE to this place!!!
