    I got a letter asking for $87.25 to complete my registration - but "This is not a government agency" caught my eye. Thank GODNESS for BBB and that I was able to verify this is a scam.They list their address as ************************************************************************************

    I had the same experience from this company but luckily I didn't fall for it. It's a scam and ********** appropriate authorities need to do something about it.

    Unfortunately, these degenerates still exist. I received a letter from them on 9/6/22, just days after I created my company. The letter looks very official and legitimate. They also create this false sense of urgency: they'll say you need to respond only a few days after receiving the letter. Ridiculous that they asked me to send $87.25. The language in small font reading, "This is not a government agency" is key. Remember, the CA certificate should only be issued by the CA Secretary of State and it only costs $5.And similar to ****************, I also received another scam solicitation for "Labor Poster Compliance". Be vigilant folks.
