    i had my both my fairly new sprayers under ******** not working correctly and i was suggested to get my repair for my sprayer and they (ryobi/manufacture) asked for my address and ***** suggested this business . i wanted to make sure before driving over 1hr that this business does ryobi products and double checking their hours .so i called the business before going to their location and the lady on the phone reassured me multiple times not only did they repair ryobi products daily's but that model could be done....when I got there (business ) the repairman was smoking indoors ( that's illegal ) and he even saw us waiting and he waited us out not caring while smoking indoors . anyways when he got inside he instantly said " we don't repair those here" I instantly asked why is that when ***** suggested this instantly and also I called literally a hr ago and w/e who was on the phone assured me you guys do. the person behind the counter not only called me racist, rude words ( not sure why) and he verbally threatened me when all I was doing was asking why reassure repairs on the phone and even give exact model and than without even trying to help the costumer he acted this way witjout me acting ho in anyway. i called ryobii and they reassured me they are going under investigation for this but also this wasn't the first time hearing this about that company!i warn anyone who doesn't want hateful emploees and also willing to lie to you just to focus on their high wage jobs (ryobi 100% disagreed what he did) , read their reviews and I see a lot of fraud and bad business examples. scammer
