    The absolute worst lying piece of s*** on earth took my money never finished the job and refused giving me his tax id

    Advice-DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY for any work. We have a plugged drain and he came out and took the drain apart and did not do anything but refer us to another company. Bill was $85.00. One Star because zero star is not available.

    This customer called to request service for a plugged kitchen sink. We advised him at the time of the call that we would be happy to look at the drain below the sink for the restriction but could not work "in the wall", ie. snake the pipes in the wall. If that was required we would need to refer them to Mr. Rooter, our sister company that does that kind of work. When the technician arrived he removed the p-trap assembly and cleaned all that was available under the sink. The technician then called me and asked if we had a 50 ft "pipe snake" available and I told the technician that that was work we did not do. However, as the homeowner had a snake available, the technician took it upon himself to snake the pipes in the wall. Unfortunately this did not resolve the problem. The technician then called ***** and made an appointment for the customer. We did not charge any labor for this call-out. Only the trip charge and flat fee associated with the call. A total of $85.00 . We feel that this was a reasonable charge as we delivered on all of the things we said we would. Unfortunately the problem was not resolved. I do understand the customer's frustration but he was informed of our limitations and he chose to go ahead.
