      It is January 24th, 2025. I still don't have a pick up schedule for 2025. The recycle is an every two or three week pick up so I really need to have a calendar to determine when they will pick up. I called Best Way Watervliet and was told "yes they are in the process of getting those out. " I explained it looks like some recycle was picked up in the neighborhood and I'm concerned I missed it because of the missing schedule. Char confirmed "yes pick up was this week." I asked if they were still in the area and able to pick up. They were not. I asked since I paid for this pick up already, and didn't get service, is there a credit I can get? I was told no, that I should have called. At what point does a business not take responsibility for their lack of service to the customer? I can't leave my trash cans out 365 days a year in case they might pick it up. I've kept up my end of the contract by paying my bill. I shouldn't have to call to have a schedule emailed to me. Now Best Way needs to step up and provide pick up schedules. Perhaps in their end of year bills before the new year begins!

      I have reached out on several occasions with concerns and literally every time the blame is placed on me as the customer instead of the taking ownership for the problem at hand. I have asked for pictures today I finally received pictures but it does not document anything that they are saying. Literally every time my trash has been picked up by them they have left large amount of trash and debris for me to pick up which I have tried not to complain but it's ridiculous. I decided to call and make a complaint about it and all I got was I am leaving the bags open that's why but every picture they sent me not one of my trash bags are open except in a picture of a home that is not mine. I am at a point of making a decision to take my business some where else because they literally do not care and have not took ownership on no level at all. What I am asking is to speak to someone on the corporate level because the local managers are way to small minded and are not willing to take ownership or steps to try and fix it and I'm over it. If not I will definitely consider another company and will start looking today.

      Have had issues getting trash picked up several times. Today they said they picked it up. I went to get bin and trash still is in bin. They accused me of adding trash after they picked up. They clearly dont value their customers! They just lost me as a customer.

      After having been a Best Way customer for over 20 years they picked up my garbage container and told me that I had not paid my bill since November 0f 2022. When I contacted them they claimed they had attempted to contact me multiple times. I did not receive any notification from them. Once I called they took the payment on my **** with the same card that had been charged for the past two years. They had that credit card number!!! My phone contact was with a person who treated me disrespectfully. Business must be very good to treat a 20 some year customer so terribly. If customer service matters to you don't go with Best Way.
