    Im thoroughly disgusted with Moore Mechanical as they have charged over$2000.00 to get my furnace fixed and they never did fix it. They wanted another ****** to look at it again and talk about a new one. I said dont bother. I called Pluggers and he came out twice on Saturday and fixed it only cost me $100.00. Moore Mechanic even tried to call me Tuesday to sell me a new furnace and NEVER even asked if I had HEAT. I called the manager Monday and he has never called me back. I am a widow and I believe they ripped me off. Over charged for parts too. DONT do business with them.

    Contacted moore mechanical in *********. I was told "you are not hearing what I said". That phrase never goes over well with a new customer.

    Unfortunately, out of desperation we hired them to replace our pressure tank. They charged me $1150 for a tank that costs $300! Never again.
