      I purchased a battery that was in the "show room". It had their sticker on it so presumably they had at least tested it before putting it up front with their name on it. I guess that presumption was my mistake! When I got it home, the battery only read 10.5 volts, so I put it on my 10 amp charger over night. The next day, I took it off the charger and the voltage read 12.2 volts. When I then connected a spare tail light to it, the light dimmed in 10 seconds reading 9 volts! This battery was never checked under a load condition!! When I called I found I was just $40 out of LUCK!

      I've been going there for quite some time, buying various parts. The location is convenient for me. Never had an issue with any of the staff, most of the trinket parts the big guy doesn't charge me for.Until they treat me wrong, I will continue to buy my parts there.

      They might be cheap on parts but also cheap on customer service went in offered 1500 for car they had for sale said they think about. So went to get some parts from yard thinking nothing of it pulled a rear differential out and went up to pay for when this guy comes up and starts tossing are tools on ground mind you 300 dollar impacts Said what you doing he said going through your stuff I said ok but don’t throw my tools around he then found to my mistake a converter I had in there from my own truck and was turning in why I was in grandrapids he started calling me a thief now mind you just offered 1500 cash for a car what am I going to do with 100 dollar converter I made them call the police they tried pressing charges for theft now get this I watched bunch of people not get searched and I wasn’t searched on way in so if they would have would of seen I had with me not only I’ve never seen any yard leave converters on cops watched video told them I couldn’t be charged but let them keep my converter and wouldn’t let me by differential I spent 3 hours on so they are scammers and steel from customers what a joke

      I was just in there about. 20 min agoI bought a grille assembly, and he charged me for a grille assembly, 34 bucks, bumper filler 11 and misc trim 5 bucks. It cane to 51 dollars and I only had 49 and he wouldnt take it. Not only that all I had was a grille assembly, not the other 15 dollars of stuff. It wasnt worth the arguing with grimace because he wasnt for sure letting up. This isnt the way to treat the customers. I have a picture of the stuff but I cant paste it here. Someone needs to check that place out
