    On October 15 I stopped into the Grand Haven T Mobile Store to receive an eligible free upgrade to my phone. Current promo code P772, Android: free smartphone with a trade in on any plan. When I walked in, I was not greeted at all. I had to start the conversation. No other customers were present. 3 employees present ~ Riley, Caelin, Tony. I inquired about this promo. None of them knew about it. Caelin wanted to charge me full price for the phone I wanted. What? Frustrated, I left the store. I then called Customer Care about this promo. Angela was fantastic! She knew about this promo so I asked her if she would explain it to the employees who were clueless about it. She agreed. I walked back into the store, my phone on speaker; she explained it. That's when things went south. I was simply trying to educate them on the promo & they became VERY defensive, Caelin walked out & Tony stated that I was creating a "hostile environment" and should leave! WHAT???? I am SO very thankful that Angela heard this entire conversation! Unbeknownst to me, she brought in another customer care colleague, Gavin, to listen to this nightmare that I was experiencing! Thankfully, Gavin set them straight! By this time, I was SO uncomfortable by these incompetent employees, I didn't feel they were trustworthy to finish the transaction. Still on speaker with Amanda, I explained I would drive to the Allendale T Mobile store to complete my transaction. UNBELIEVEABLE! In the 7+ years I have been a T Mobile customer, NEVER have I EVER experienced such rudeness, unprofessionalism, and immaturity as I did at the Grand Haven T Mobile. I drove 40 miles (round trip) to Allendale. I walked in, was greeted with a smile, how can I help you today! Jenni & Josh took EXCELLENT care of me! They were very helpful & kind. This location was very busy! I see why! I will NEVER go to Grand Haven again unless disciplinary action is taken on these employees, up to & including termination.
