I called the office and spoke with a woman named Heather. She gave me a rough quote of $350 to pump 1,000 gallons. $460 to pump 1,500 gallons. Heather told me the crew would arrive about 9:30. After booking I then received a text that Courtney would be arriving between 9:30-11:30. A young man and woman arrived on site at 11:30 exactly. I went around back to see what the verdict was. The young man was on the phone with someone trying to get answers for what to do. I looked at the young girl and said "well, how bad is it?" She shrugged her shoulders. I quickly understood she was comfortable. Maybe in training, which I understand. No big deal. The young man gets of the phone and said your water is at a normal level, do you still want it pumped? I said no, if it's not necessary. Assuming it would save cost. He said my Tank EZ Alert may have came on due to the float and or pump. Said he was going to take a better look for me. I'm not one to hover over someone doing there job. I then recieve a text at 12:08 that they were complete. So I walk outside and Courtney says "it will be $350" I paid the bill then as I know questioning the crew on site for billings usually is not the best idea. The invoice I received after payment was a $250 service call and $100 for two people at one hour. They were out for 38 minutes and did nothing for me. I then called Heather back asking for an explanation for my charges. She said she would call back and I never received one. I spent $350 on two kids that came to my house with not a clue of what they were doing and nobody called back with any answers for me.

Needed my septic pumped. Called Dig It Excavating. The arrival time was suppose to be 2:00 pm. Received a text at 12:00 saying job done. Employee came at 2:00 pm said sorry sent you the text from a prior job. My septic tank has been pumped previously from another service and knew the tank was in the front yard there was a white round circle placed in the ground but that was a tube that had something to do with the septic system. The first employee she couldn’t find it used a rod poked around in the front yard. Called the owner she also poked around the front yard and back yard by the property line that was incompetent to check there. The one employee and the owner were jumping up and down on their rods laughing and dancing. A third employee was called and he found the septic system in the front yard right away and it didn’t take long to pump it out. The employee came to the door read off my exact email address to send the invoice. I paid upfront. Still haven’t received my invoice it’s been three weeks. Owner said she emailed the invoice twice gave her my email address again. I always get my emails from other companies no problem. The owner also informed me she could have charged more for her and two other employees to come find the septic tank. I was annoyed it took two hours to find the tank but did apologize about my frustration. Texted the owner for the invoice she said she will mail still haven’t received it or the green cap to mark where the septic tank is. The owner indicated in a text to never call their service again and next time just dig it yourself. This was a simple job wasted two hours of my time. I suggested to use a camera the cost would have been 150.00. My plumbing company suggested to get it pumped and put a camera no charge and saw roots etc. I found as a client the owner was disrespectful to me. They need to mail my invoice that’s all I asked for. I found their incompetence extremely disturbing

This has been the most unreasonable person we have ever worked for. Making fun of our employees is never an action we take lightly. We will not service this customer in the future.
