    I resided in The Orchards MHC for 4 years. I lived in a unit that had multiple maintenance issues. I was harassed for retaining an Attorney to help me with getting those repairs done properly. The Office Manager and the Maintenance Stupervisor were Rude and Very UNPROFESSIONAL. I paid my rent on May 4th, 2023 and on May 8th I received an eviction notice. Which resulted in a Illegal Eviction Process. I was given 28 days to vacate the premises. That was thrown out of Court. I received another letter to vacate by September 30th, 2023. I started moving my property on Saturday, September 23rd. When I returned on Monday, September 25th to retrieve my other property the maintenance worker was there to change the locks. I also have learned that the bathroom in the master bedroom may have contained Black Mold. During my stay at The Orchards it seemed like getting rent money was all that they cared about. The reason for the eviction stated that they just wanted to break my lease. After retaining an Attorney he was told that the unit was being sold. I wasn't informed about the unit being sold. Even though I was residing there. I believe that I was targeted because I hired a Lawyer and the Maintenance Supervisor didn't appreciate the fact that I complained and they actually had to do repairs. They increased the rent and still didn't want to repairs. I was living in a three bedroom unit and only one bedroom was getting heat and air. Basically the other half of the unit wasn't working properly. But, however they still received the rent on time. I was simply targeted for wanting my unit to be fully functional. The maintenance supervisor constantly rode pass the multiple times a day after they tried to evict me illegally. I do understand that there's no rule for driving by. But, however I felt like I being harassed.
