The BBB of Western Michigan contacted Acrisure in early 2020 regarding a mass mailing of a privacy statement, after receipt of numerous inquiries. Consumers were unaware of their potential relationship to Acrisure, and the intention of the mailing. As a result of the BBB inquiry, Arisure LLC provided the following response to help qualify the nature of their business, and purpose of the annual mailing. Consumers confused over any future mailing are encouraged to contact Arisure directly, following instructions provided on the letter.

Acrisure Privacy Policy
In early 2020, Acrisure conducted a nationwide mailing of an updated Privacy Policy to Agency Partner customers, an electronic version of which is accessible at https://acrisure.com/privacy-policy. Among other reasons for the update, Acrisure modified its Privacy Policy to comply with required disclosures to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, but it also developed and designed the Privacy Policy to comply with all other applicable state and federal law and regulation. Acrisure has protected, and will continue to protect, the privacy and security of its customers' personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, as well as applicable law and regulation.
