    We hired this cleaning company to clean our house to get it ready to put on the market. We instructed them that we needed a deep clean and they stated they would clean the house top to bottom. That is not what happened. Upon sneaking out of the house without letting us know they were done, we discovered many things left untouched, including: Only cleaned the toilet in the powder room Didnt clean ******** Didnt wipe down any glass on upstairs windows Didnt clean the upstairs bathtub Didnt clean off sons desk in his room Didnt clean top of fridge Didnt clean two dining room windows Didnt clean upstairs shower Didnt wipe down utility sink in laundry room Didnt clean inside all kitchen drawers Didnt wipe down wooden bench in mud room by garage door Didnt vacuum rugs in mud room Didnt wipe down sliding glass doors in kitchen Didnt wipe down fireplace mantle Didnt clean inside cabinet in upstairs hallway bathroom Didnt wipe down tv in upstairs bedroom Didnt wipe grease off kitchen pantry door Didnt wipe off all counter tops near kitchenette in basement On top of this, they broke a couple of our personal items and didnt let us know; including:Cleaned lower right stovetop burner and still wont light over 2 weeks later Broke the top off of our vacuum It took me 3 hours to clean everything they missed. Do not hire this cleaning company; its a waste of your time and money.
