      I walked into Miracle Ear a year ago. The hearing aids would work there way out of my ears. I complained from the get go that they needed a mold. They took a mold where the hearing device went into my ears. I’m wearing hearing aid molds now and can hear. They were to inept to figure out the hearing situation. Now a year later, they have figured out how to fix it. Now it is five weeks since the mold of my ears were made and no hearing aids. I paid $7,000 for these hearing aids and have not wore them, because I couldn’t hear. They ruined my life!! I’m 81 1/2 years old and my social life stopped dead in it tracks. No Sunday Church, no Advent or Lenten services, no Bible Study or get together gatherings. These were important to me at my age. That’s where I socialized with my friends and had time away from home. I missed those things and plain stupidity kept me from them. I believe they should reimburse me $3,000 for mental stress, severe anxiety, and the loss of socializing. I’m not 50 anymore so my activities are limited. I’m not a greedy person, but they compromised my wellbeing.
