Only a 3 I'll explain below.have a cycle loan through them, got it in august, so far so good. I do like the fact that they allow payroll deduct so i put my info in my employers direct deposit form and it goes right to them before i see my check. The 3 is because they use Vantage 4 for their credit products, which is a joke, nobody uses vantage because its not accurate and vantage 4 has my score at 600, where in my actual fico score for transunion(what they use) is 673, so I'm stuck with a terrible interest rate of 21%i only found this out when i applied for a personal loan(which i was never called back after the initial call) and the lady told me my score was 600, then i look on my account and it shows vantage score, so that was a nice hard inquiry that did not even use the proper scoring system.

Ongoing problem with the HCU website. Cannot login with username and password. Security questions and answers falsely flagged as wrong. Refusal to explain why the problem exists. Cannot verify loan payments being received.

My fiance and I have accounts with them, but thru linked our accounts after being told not too. I was added to my fiance account to help deal with problems while he's at work during the time they are open. Now they froze his account so too my account. I don't recommend using this bank for any reason.

We bought a vehicle using Honor Credit Union. We got into difficult times and fell 2 payments behind. We had no warning of a repossession. My husband went to go to work and his truck was missing. We called the company and instead of helping their customers through difficult times they just take your vehicle and ********** more than what your missed payments are to get it back. You also only get 10 days to come up with the money. Very horrible and heartless customer support. Heartless company.

I had gotten my first mortgage loan with Honor Credit Union in late 2016. When I went to refinance with my other credit union, when rates were below 3%, I found out that Honor had been reporting my mortgage with someone else's social security number. So I went back and forth for a couple of years. Honor trying to help. Contacting Transunion, drawing up a letter for them, telling them that this is a mistake. Keep in mind that this all started because of the wrong social. When I finally said s**** it, and asked Honor to refinance, I was offered a 6.5% 10 year balloon mortgage. This is after they not only failed to properly report my mortgage, they screwed my credit and cost me thousands. Possibly 10s of thousands. I sent an email to the lady I'd been dealing with, asking for her to send the letter to Transunion again. I got no response. So I contacted an attorney to go after the credit bureau. All of a sudden, Honor wants to help again. I went into my branch for some documentation. Not only did I not get what I came there for, I felt as if I was being treated like c*** So I called another person for the same thing. I got the run around, then I got a bunch of useless papers that I already had. These people do not care about you or your finances in my opinion. I'm still struggling with stress because my mortgage has less than 5 years left. All Honor cares about is their relationship with Transunion. I've honestly never had a good experience with them and I'd like to get out from under them all together.
